I forgot my password
Use the recovery code you were shown when you signed up. On the sign-in page, enter your username and the code to set a new password. We have no email address for you, so this code is the only way back in. If you lost both, we can't recover the account, but you can start a new one.
Someone is breaking the rules
Tap their card in the square and choose Report. Rude usernames, names of real companies or people, and contact details in usernames are not allowed.
I want to delete my account
Open the menu, then Privacy and cookies, then Delete my account. Everything we keep about you is removed. To ask for a copy of your data instead, write to privacy@ardianic.com.
A scam happened to me for real
Scam Town is practice. If you lost real money or shared real details:
- Call your bank straight away, using the number on your card or the bank's own website.
- Report it to the police. In the UK, use the national fraud reporting service (Report Fraud, formerly Action Fraud), and forward scam texts to 7726.
- Change any password you shared, and turn on two-step sign-in.
The game's own help page ("If it happens for real") lists where to report in each language.
Is it safe for my child?
Players are 13 and over. There is no chat, no email and no real names, and messages are built only from ready-made phrases. See "For parents" on the Scam Town page.
